Charles studied at London Metropolitan University under the tutelage of Signy Svalastoga and finally Alun Jones and Biba Dow.
He joined Eric Parry Architects in 2014 and has worked on a number of completed commercial office buildings including One Chamberlain Square, Birmingham for Argent PLC and a R&D headquarters in Singapore. Charles also holds experience in interior projects, including the complex renovation of no. 2 Carlton House Terrace- a grade I listed Regency Period townhouse on The Mall transformed into a new state of the art headquarters for an international asset management company.
Charles is currently engaged in the Salisbury Square Development for The City of London Corporation; a flagship masterplan within the Fleet Street Conservation Area including a new judicial courthouse, police headquarters, commercial office building, retention of key heritage assets plus substantial basement and public realm works. He has worked on this project since competition stage and is now primarily focused on delivery of the commercial office component.
